This policy explains what personal data DIRUA GLOBAL FZCO handles through this website, and what happens to it.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers people who visit this website and people who submit the demo request form. Nothing else.

The handling of data that customer companies enter into the SocialControl App platform — campaigns, content, internal communication, their team members' details — is not governed by this document. It is governed by the contract signed with each customer, under which DIRUA GLOBAL FZCO acts on the customer's behalf and on their instructions.

Data controller

The controller is DIRUA GLOBAL FZCO, registered in IFZA Free Zone and based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

Only the six things you type into the demo request form:

• Full name.
• Company.
• Email address.
• Number of users you need to manage.
• Number of brands you need to manage.
• Whatever you write in the needs field.

Those six and nothing else through the form. Separately, if you accept analytics cookies we also collect browsing data (pages viewed, referrer, device and approximate country) through Google Analytics. If you refuse, none of it is collected. The detail is in the Cookie Policy.

How that data reaches us

When you press the button, the form data is sent from your browser to Formspree, the service that handles the form, which then forwards it by email to the DIRUA GLOBAL FZCO mailbox.

Formspree acts as a data processor: it receives and briefly stores the message in order to deliver it. It is a service of Formspree, Inc., based in the United States.

No CRM or other intermediary tool is used. The data is not used for profiling and is not combined with the website analytics.

Recipients

Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, as a data processor, if you accept analytics cookies. It receives the browsing data described in the Cookie Policy. If you refuse, it receives nothing. Google may process it in the United States.

Formspree, Inc. (United States), as a data processor, in order to deliver the demo request form to our inbox.

The only processor involved is the email provider where the message is received and stored: the DIRUA GLOBAL FZCO mailbox is hosted on Gmail, operated by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Google handles the messages as an email provider under its own terms.

Since DIRUA GLOBAL FZCO is based in Dubai and both Google and Formspree run international infrastructure, international data transfers occur: through the form submission, through the use of email and, if you accept it, through analytics as well. Formspree and Google process data in the United States.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

The data is used to answer your request, to prepare and run the demo, and to continue the commercial conversation that follows from it. It is not used for anything else.

The legal basis is twofold: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

DIRUA GLOBAL FZCO does not sell personal data and does not share it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

The data is kept for twelve (12) months from our last contact with you.

Once that period passes with no further conversation, the email containing your request, and the data in it, is deleted. If we are in touch again within those twelve months, the period restarts from that most recent contact.

Security

This website is served entirely over HTTPS and the form is transmitted encrypted to Formspree. From there the message reaches the DIRUA GLOBAL FZCO mailbox by email, protected by the security measures of the account and of the provider. The form also includes an anti-spam honeypot field that collects no data from real people.

Your rights, and how to use them

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. You may also withdraw consent whenever you wish, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To do so, write to the email address in the identity block at the top of this document, saying which right you wish to exercise. You will receive a reply within the period required by applicable law.

Since the only data held is what you typed into the form yourself, having it erased is simply a matter of asking: the corresponding email is deleted.

Local storage in your browser

This website stores one item in your browser's local storage, sc-lang, holding the language you pick in the EN/ES switcher so it can be honoured on later visits. It is accompanied by sc-came-from and sc-no-redirect, which last only for the session.

These are not personal data and identify nobody: they are never sent to any server, never shared, and never leave your device. They are detailed in the Cookie Policy and you can delete them from your browser settings.

Updates to this policy

This policy describes the current situation accurately. It will be updated at two specific points, as a minimum:

• If the form service or the analytics provider changes. Any new provider will be declared here as a recipient and processor before it is switched on.
• When the platform becomes available to buy. The handling of data that customers upload to SocialControl App is governed by each customer's contract, and this policy will point to it.

The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
